Formula Model

Learning rule: numbers with +% usually add together in the additive bucket. Numbers with x% are independent multipliers. Critical Strike Damage +% and Vulnerable Damage +% are additive stats, while a crit still has a base 1.5x multiplier and vulnerable still has a base 1.2x multiplier.
